Reception Contract

Reception will be held the Wonder building April 19th 2025 from 5:30-8:30

Heather Biggs of With Love, Heather is being booked for three (3) hours of photography coverage. Arrival time is 5:30

The reception package is $1,500 and includes a guaranteed 50 images per hour

Half is due upon booking and the remainder will be due by March 19th 2025

Retainer fees are non refundable.

Heather Biggs will go above and beyond to insure that you get the absolute best images she is capable of producing. However, things out of her control may disrupt the process and she will not be held liable for weather, uncooperative guests/wedding party, or unforeseen circumstances that may hinder the outcome.

If Heather Biggs is sick (severely ill ie hospital, covid, or some other form of highly contagious pathogen) she will provide a back up photographer to photograph your wedding and edit the images herself so they are as close to her work style as possible.

Heather Biggs regularly checks and replaces her equipment but in the event that she faces a mechanical error ie camera, memory cards, failed flashes etc. she will provide you with the images she has and offer a styled wedding session/reception as compensation.

If any guest or member of the wedding party is rude or acts inappropriately Heather Biggs will pull the bride or groom aside, make them aware of the situation and give a warning. If the behavior continues Heather Biggs reserves the right to leave the event and give you images from up until her departure.

Images will be delivered within 3 months of the date.
